My stay was very pleasant and quiet. My family and I were up for my daughter’s graduation from Temple! We wonderful time! Everything went very well from start to finish with this booking. My only issue is that I wish the upstairs bedrooms had ceiling fans. Otherwise it was a perfect stay in South Philadelphia.

Upkeep on the property is poor with deep scratches on the floors, non working, or damaged appliances, air conditioning that was not adjustable and furniture that was dirty and spotted. The home can sleep 7 at most from our experience without piling people on top of each other. The neighborhood is also loud all hours of the night. The host was very responsive and kind, but the photos gave us a much higher expectation of the property than we experienced.
Well maintained, clean and conveniently located. The neighborhood was quite friendly as well. Overall a lovely vacation.

House was very nice. There isn't enough activities in the house. Only 1 tv for 4 rooms. Had a hard time getting the only tv to work. It took 2 days to figure out. There were hand prints on the walls, no extra towels, floor were dirty. I had to throw 3 pair of socks in the trash. The garage wasn't taking out for trash day. The trash cans. Not inside. There was stuff in the dryer. Basically no entertainment at all. We were in complete silence for 2 days because of the Internet issue. Dirty towels on the bed as well. But the neighborhood was great. Close to alot of places. The people were friendly.
Beautiful home nice location parking was good supplied well gracious host…. Would recommend… any issues we had were minor. I would definitely stay here again.
The property is great and the pictures don’t hide anything like a lot of other properties do. Clean, comfortable, in the middle of everything. Initially we were worried the neighborhood might not be the greatest cause some places are run down around this, But, all the neighbors were friendly and I think the neighborhood is slowly being fixed up. Would recommend this property!
Very nice and clean property. Exceeded my expectations. Only issue was parking

The location of the town house in South Philly was near a bar on the corner where music was playing and people were gathering just outside the establishment. There was street noise Friday evening, however inside the house it was mostly quiet. The rest of the weekend it was less noisy. There was a comforter left in a dryer which was damp and smelled spoiled. Unfortunately the odor filled the laundry room which shares space with the downstairs powder room. It was quite unpleasant. It is located off the kitchen which also had a musty odor. The AC doesn’t seem to work at full capacity. The inside temperature never budged from 76 degrees despite lowering the setting. I assume that’s why each room has a tower fan provided. That helps with airflow but doesn’t cool the upstairs to a comfortable temperature. The coffee cups and utensils were sparse for a house that could potentially hold 6-8 people. The dining table seems small for the space, it would be nice to have 6 people fit around a table without using the stools at the counter top. One bar stool is very loose. In general the house has been used hard. The walls have painted splotches. The first floor had a musty odor.We did not find a welcome booklet describing neighborhood eateries, parks, or other area interests. Bust stop information would also be nice. With a little TLC the townhouse could be more esthetically pleasing.Manager was responsive to messages. The bedrooms were spacious. Bathrooms are modern and clean.
When you arrive, you’ll see that this neighborhood is undergoing gentrification. We still felt safe. Parking is limited to parallel parking. You might have to park around the block. Make sure you pay attention to the signs for streets cleaning, once a week. As for the home… it has been tastefully updated. Our family of four had no issues and the beds were comfortable. The stairs might be a little too steep for some. Be careful. Ross was great with communication and was able to accommodate a special request. Would definitely stay here again.

Booked before the Eagles won the Superbowl
We did not know the Superbowl parade would end up overlaping with our trip. Happy for the Eagles but since we are not football people it pretty much changed the whole trip. The host was not able to accommodate a cancellation so we went and made the best of it. The host was slow to return messages (sometimes a full 24 hours between messages) and did not give us clear instructions for check in or check out. The house was nice on the inside. The listing said it accommodates up to 12 and we listed 12 coming but there were not enough towels, plates, cutlery, etc. for 12. We did not end up with 12 and the 7 we had felt like too many with the supplies offered. Street parking was tight ( not sure if this is normal- possibly due to the Superbowl parade?? ) we had to parallel park in a tight spot and had cars backed up with a driver yelling at us "learn to park" maybe that's just the "Philly Charm" ? Other than that we had no negative interactions with the neighbors.
The property has been updated for the most part. Location is great, 15 mins from anything you want to do in Philly. We didn’t have any trouble with parking at the property but could see where that might be an issue at times. The painting has not been updated/completed. This made the property look dirty inside. The baseboards and walls were not clean looking at all. The only other issue they may want to correct is the tile in the on-suite is not made for floor tile (I am a contractor) and is very slick when you get out of the shower.
