You will never forget these sunsets at Honeysuckle Point! This family/friends friendly get away that sleeps 14 starts with a large 1 acre lot and a spacious three level living space for multiple families. Great for weekend getaways, family reunions, family friends, or even a "girls" or "guys" weekend away. The main level features two bedrooms and a bath along with a spacious kitchen, open living and dining area. Just off the living area is a large deck for relaxing, grilling, and dining. The loft features a beautiful view from the office space as well as a private bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The lower level features a den, bunk room, private main bedroom and ensuite bathroom and a laundry room with access to a covered porch with lake view. You can enjoy year-round water from our double decker dock while swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, or just sunbathing. And if you want to take a break from the water, you can enjoy the detached game room with ping pong, a swing set, basketball goal or the large front yard for volleyball, badminton, or kickball.

Great Family Weekend Getaway

We had a great time at Honeysuckle Point. The layout of the house was perfect for our family setup. The house was clean and the boat dock was fantastic as it has an upper level that is covered so you can get sun and shade. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing!!!

We spent Thanksgiving there with 13 people and had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room inside and outside for everyone. Lots of things to do. Lots of amenities. We didn’t want to leave. The host was very helpful and available as needed. We will definitely be back!

Fall Weekend at the Lake

Our family had a great weekend at Honeysuckle Point! The front yard and game room were great for our kids. The fire pit was an added bonus and great for the cooler weather. While we didn’t swim, the dock was great and easily fit our boat.

Perfect getaway for family of all ages!

We had the BEST 50th birthday celebration here! We included grandparents, teenagers and one young child (age 8). The kids loved the huge, open downstairs spot with bunk beds, TV and games. The grandparents each got a bedroom of their own. Plenty of privacy and bathrooms here. Everyone commented on how perfect the layout was. Beautiful lake view from the huge back deck, and a two level slip. The kids loved swimming, fishing, and jumping off the dock. We had way too much fun playing ping pong together. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of supplies. We rented a pontoon boat from Trident Marina, just a few minutes away by boat and 20 minutes by car. Great experience there, and plenty of fun exploring on the lake by day. The slip was perfect, and came with floaties, life jackets, and a fridge with bait. We had absolutely zero problems here, everything easily surpassed our expectations, and the host was exceptionally responsive to all of our questions. We visited to talk about the possibility of retiring at the lake versus the beach. Within 24 hours we were discussing MOVING to Smith Lake! Love this property!

Why they chose this property

We knew from the moment we saw Honeysuckle Point that it was the place for our family and a place we could share with our friends. Our little cove is just off the main channel and minutes to Trident Marina, the main channel and landmarks like "the Castle".

What makes this property unique

We have the best of all worlds at Honeysuckle Point! We have amazing views from the house and both decks, an amazing double decker dock, and we also have a huge yard for lots of games, a basketball goal, a swing set and a game room!
