I’m a Realtor from Nolensville, just south of Nashville. My kids and I spend as much time as we can at the lake—it’s our happy place. We love hosting so others can experience Smith Lake and maybe make it their happy place too.
Why they chose this property
What we love most are the big porches, water views, and watching the boats go by on the weekends. Plus, it’s only a five-minute boat ride to Trident Marina for great food and live music—it’s such a fun place to be!
