Don’t book with these people

We did not hear from them I had to call Vrbo to get a respond when it was time to check in the place was not available for my family I then got a call after I contacted Vrbo. They said the property that we rented was not available to check in until Saturday when we was suppose to check in on Friday he stated that he would refund us for that Friday I have not gotten a refund or heard from him since we left. He was not bound on his word not only that we did not feel safe we couldn’t get in thru the front door cause the code would not work he said it was a lock box on side the house with a key no lockbox was there but the side door was unlock so we was able to get in the property but from hearing horror stories about scammers renting other people place is how we felt. This was the most horrible experience and now the fact the I’m having to fight for a refund that he promised. Then when we go to the other property the hot water didn’t work at first we had to wait til the next day to contact him about the hot water and the shower was goin off by itself I have yet to hear back from him even after I text to check the status of thistle refund and no responds so at this point I want a full refund. This is very disappointing and I would not recommend no one to rend there they had no dishes pots limited we basically had to buy everything then throw it away when it was time to leave because we couldn’t take it on the cruise ship with us. I would give this place a 0
