2. Please note this is a 3rd floor condo with no elevator
3. BBQ Grill is available with in the resort amenities, there is no grill located at the property itself
4. Garbage Collection: All Trash/ recyclable must go in the bins provided outside the front door and will be collected daily.
5.Although a starter pack of essentials is provided, this will be a self-catering house.
-Check-in 4 pm, Check-out 10 am
-No Smoking on the property
-The Guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older
-By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy excludes children under three years of age.
-Pools are used at guests’ own risk. Under 18’s must be accompanied at the pools. The safety fence (if installed) must be used at all times.
-Notify the property manager of any damage or incident to the property.
