Kick-back in comfort and style in our 3-bedroom condo located in the beautiful and popular Windsor Palms Resort. This fun family vacation resort is just minutes from Walt Disney World and all the major Orlando theme parks and attractions.

When you're not at the parks, relax and enjoy all the first-rate amenities this first-rate resort has to offer. Take a refreshing dip in the Olympic-sized, salt-water pool with hot tub and children's splash pad. Enjoy some lunch or a refreshing, tropical drink at the Tiki bar by the pool. Explore the 7,500 sq. feet clubhouse equipped with sundry shop, fitness centre, games room, a 58 seat movie theatre and luxurious lounge area. Enjoy outdoor recreation with tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, sand volleyball and a children's playground.

Why stay in a cramped hotel room with limited amenities when you can stay in Kuzco's fully furnished and equipped, beautifully decorated condo for half the price! We've got everything you need to ensure your family experiences the best Disney vacation ever!

Master and Queen bedroom equipped with Flatscreen TV with cable. The master bedroom has a computer desk and chair with free high-speed internet access for those who travel with their laptop computers. Programmable safe is provided to lock away valuables.

The Twin Bedroom is decorated in a Jungle theme with Kuzco's pet panther to greet you. This bedroom is equipped with a Flatscreen TV.

The living room has a flat-screen TV, with comfy sofas - one of which is a sleeper sofa.

The dining table seats six.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and all the dishware and utensils necessary for making simple or complex meals. Also available is a full size clothes washer and dryer.

We can provide a high chair or a Pack N Play fold out crib UPON REQUEST.

SECOND FLOOR CONDO.
This second floor condo is 1,208 sq ft with a private screened-in balcony. There is no elevator - stairs only. The second floor condo is a short 2-3 minute walk to the clubhouse and pool and free parking is available immediately outside the condo.

We have a key-less door entry system - you do not need to go to a check-in office first.

24 hour on-call Property Management
Should you require immediate attention while staying in our condo, our property management company will be there to take care of you and your party.

The condo was clean and perfect size to share with two families. End unit next to the stairs so at times there was noise on the outside stairway, especially at night but not a big deal. The pool was walking distance and the grounds of the community were very pretty. The host was super nice and communicative during the whole process. We had a great vacay!

The development is in a perfect location tucked away from all the noise and traffic. The area was quiet and seemed safe. The condo was very comfortable on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot, which was so convenient. Other than a possible upgrade with area rugs and furniture, the condo was great.

Great condo and location

This was a great property. Check in was a breeze. We were close to the pool, walking distance. The pool was clean and fun. They had an arcade, a little shop to buy snacks and the tiki bar at the pool was great. The community was nice and clean. The condo itself was clean, decorated and the beds were comfortable. It was a great location to Universal Studios and Disney. I would highly recommend staying here! When we come back will definitely be staying again. Thanks for letting us stay!

Disney trip

This was our first time using Vrbo and it was such an easy process. Check in was super easy. The condo was exactly what we wanted/thought it would be. Clean with plenty of room for us. The community pool/splash pad was so nice to enjoy on our off day. It’s super close to the parks but also to grocery stores and restaurants. We definitely plan to be back one day.

This condo was lovely. We really only used it to sleep and shower between parks but it would be a great place for a long-term stay. We had plenty of room and the layout was perfect for our 3 young kids. The unit is also well stocked with kitchen utensils and random baby gear. We didnt need any of it but I was surprised to find a highchair, umbrella stroller and packnplay for our use. The guard at the gate was very friendly and getting in and out was very easy. There's a Wal-Mart and all your standard fast food/shops just a few minutes away and easy enough to get to.

Beautiful condo minutes away from Disney

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was very clean with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of bath linens. The check in process was especially easy and the staff was friendly. The pool was also beautiful! There are grocery stores minutes away so you can stock up your kitchen if you plan to eat in. This was a Disney trip for our family so being close to the parks was a must without having to pay the price of staying at one of the Disney resorts. This condo is only about 15 minutes away from any of the Disney parks so very convenient. I would highly recommend this condo! I have one tip for traveling if new to the area - Orlando airport gets insanely busy! Plan plenty of time to check any bags and go through security. We arrived at the airport 2 hours early and we almost missed our flight.

Wonderful Stay!

The condo is tucked inside a lovely gated community. The clubhouse and amenities were so convenient and well taken care of. The condo itself was fantastic! The ONLY thing I can think to suggest for improvement is the king bed. It wasn't very comfortable to sleep on, but I know everyone's preferences are different and it could just be mine that wasn't a good match for it. It just felt a little too stiff and unforgiving. But, even that is just a small nitpick and the only thing I could say that's not awesome. We stayed for our first Disney trip with another family we're close friends with and the place was perfect for families with kids. I loved having access to Disney channel of course and everything worked as expected, no issues with appliances or anything. The owner was super sweet when we called to ask about a possible early check-in. We were pleased with the pool and how quiet it was most of the time we did spend there. Highly recommend and we will absolutely be staying again next time we make the trek down to Disney!

Die Unterkunft halt zu 100, was sie verspricht . Es handelt sich um eine geräumige Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Wir haben sie mir zwei großen Kindern genutzt, wobei jedes Kind ein eigenes Zimmer hatte. Die Wohnung liegt im Sūden von Orlando in einer geschlossenen und bewachten Wohnsiedlung. In der Nähe liegen die Disneyparks, wir wollten in die Universalparks und mussten dafür 30 bis 50 Minuten fahren. Das wussten wir aber vorher.

Very lovely and safe property and great distance to orlando parks. Wal-Mart is nearby in order to purchase necessary items not supplied at property. Walls/floor of property thin and could hear the people above us very easily at night time. It was a bit of a spontaneous and whirlwind decision to up and buy a vacation condo in Florida. If you knew us at all, you'd know that we are low-key Canadians that don't really get ourselves mixed up in risky schemes! I guess we just needed some excitement in our lives and decided a cozy place to call home right in the middle of all the Disney action was the ticket! We are Richard and Anna Agnew, we have two children (an 18 year old daughter called Kes and a 12 year son called Connor) and our home base is in Toronto, Canada. We knew when we first stepped into Kuzco's condo that it was just what we were looking for. Spacious enough so that everyone can escape from each other if necessary but small enough to retain that right amount of coziness. We had looked at other places in Florida but decided that Orlando was where all the action was - a surefire way to keep the kiddies happy and busy. The location just can't be beat as it is super close to the Disney theme parks and other major attractions. This resort community was also a perfect fit for our family because of all the great amenities available on site. The kids are kept occupied when we are not at the attractions and we have the peace of mind knowing that they are close by within a gated community. Where did we get the name Kuzco's condo? Well… Kuzco is the main character in the Disney movie 'The Emperor's New Groove'. If you haven't seen it - it is absolutely hysterical and every member of our family just loves that crazy llama! We've put a lot of love into the condo so far with regular renovations and upgrades to make ours and hopefully your stay as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. We now have a total of 3 condos in the same resort. Our mindset is always 'How can we make it better!' So far, it is everything we hoped it would be and more - and it would tickle us to no end to have your family enjoy our little vacation hideaway too! Sincerely, Richard, Anna, Kes and Connor

Why they chose this property

We loved that it was so close to Disney and all the major attractions. We are also conveniently located for some great golfing vacations and sport conventions. Orlando is a fun city with loads of exciting things to do for all ages - and our condo is located right smack in the middle of it all.
