Beachside getaway

This was a great location to stay for a couple of days. On the beach on the backside of a duplex. Only downfall was no coffee maker. Totally worth the price imo.

Photos were a bit deceiving. It was hard to find the place because it was in the back of a house and there were no signs. When we first arrived, a neighbor was smoking pot by our entrance. The place did not feel safe. Check in was at 4, while other VRBOs check in is at 3.In the morning we woke up to no water. Texted the emergency number as instructed and we received no answer. Called customer service several times and left voicemails. We received no response for hours. Our only choice was to leave as we needed to use the bathroom. We left the keys in the lockbox and left another message stating so. Late in the afternoon we received a message asking if we were going to stay and that the water would be restored in a few hours. The emergency contact texted also late in the afternoon indicating that he/she had gone to bed late and had not seen our message in the morning. This was totally unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Although we were given a partial reimbursement, it was not what we expected since we only stayed less than 24 hours, while we paid for 2 days.

Weekend getaway

The location provided on the site is not accurate, you need to wait for a email with the correct location. The shower is very slippery tile is not the most adequate for that purpose. A lot of people coming to the area. The property is divided in the front is a long term rental property, you have a neighbor. The beach is not save for swimmers.
