Tristin, clean rooms paired with a smooth check-in set the tone before you have even unpacked, so it is good to hear both worked for you. The location does the rest of the heavy lifting, and the door is open whenever you are back this way.

We rented the place for telluride blues and brews. It was perfect for our group! Kevin was great at communicating.

The previous reviews noted dated and broken items in the unit. We saw none of that. The place was spotless everything worked. Our stay was great. Highly recommended

Easy walk to the main street of Telluride! Comfortable beds, clean, great views! We didn't ski but the lifts were right outside of the condo!

I sent a personal message to the host since this was a last-minute booking and we were excited to find something so close to our event. The place was clean, but unfortunately everything felt very dated. The furniture looked mismatched, and some of the window coverings were literally being held up with duct tape. It honestly hurt my heart because the property has so much potential.

Property was easy to check in however, it appeared to be not maintained or not taken care of very well. Numerous areas of damage throughout the entire home. Bathrooms are also extremely small. Some wear and tear would be expected from being a pet friendly place however, problem areas are definitely not from pets. Codes to hot tub and property were also not up to date and luckily a neighbor was able to let us in. For the cost to stay at this property, I unfortunately would not recommend.

Great location; unit in disrepair

The location was excellent, however, the unit was in poor condition. Definitely, not worth the price we paid. Everything was broken. For example: we had to be careful getting in and out of bed because of nails poking out of the wood bedframe. Nothing was stocked; not even trash bags or coffee. Have been going to Telluride every Christmas for 15 years. This is the worst unit we have stayed in.
