Nestled in the heart of Fraser, Colorado, a hop, skip, and a snowball's throw away from the world-renowned Winter Park ski resort, our fully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is the cushy launchpad for ALL your alpine adventures. Or, you know, your afternoon naps.

Our stunning kitchen is more "high-end" than a giraffe's ears and equipped for anything from scrambled eggs to a full-blown Thanksgiving feast. All the items you need are there including spices!

The bathrooms are so spa-like with all the necessary items, you'll be checking your towels for a price tag. The primary and second bathroom both boast rain shower heads so luxurious, you'll want to write it poetry.

For snoozing, we offer a king-sized bed in the master bedroom fit for a hibernating bear, while the second bedroom houses a comfy queen bed and a triple bunk for the little bears to hibernate. Our living area, complete with an on-demand LED fireplace, is just begging for you to kick back, relax, and forget what day it is.

And if you can tear yourself away from the inside, step out onto the front porch, rock away in one of the two padded rocking chairs, and soak in the views. And oh, the views! More impressive than a peacock at a penguin party, you'll have front-row seats to the stunning Fraser Valley and all the surrounding mountains, including Byers Peak for all the sizzling sunsets. It's like living in a postcard, but without the paper cuts.

The condo's prime location offers easy access to the Fraser Valley's smorgasbord of outdoor activities. You can mountain bike from the condo, or catch the ski bus a mere 3 minutes away. If that's too far to walk, we recommend rolling.

From snowboarding to skiing, from fishing to snowshoeing, hiking to cross-country skiing, and concerts with local events, the Fraser Valley is basically a playground for adults. And, of course, kids too.
