My family loved staying at this property. The beach was gorgeous and the attendant set up chairs and umbrellas for us in the spot of our choosing making it so easy. The condo is close to town which was great since we could walk to all of the shops, restaurants and bars. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view of the gardens was so pretty. I will definitely stay here next time we come to Isla.

Located net to the large pool and behind the Pool the beautifull white beach and beachclub.Appartement was clean with plenty of space. A nice and complete kitchen.Beachtowels where there, ready to be used :-) Only thing missing was a drying rack for the beachtowels and swmming clothes.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Location to the pool and beach was great. We were also very close to some of the best restaurants on the Island. Rustico was our favorite. We will definitely stay here when we return to the island.

Such a great location! Staff is very helpful and friendly, beautiful beach right by and a great pool to enjoy within a stones throw! The condo was clean and well kept. One evening it was loud but nothing that would deter me from staying in the future. I appreciated the detailed recs for transportation, arrival on island, etc that host sent upon booking!

Our host Katy was excellent. Proactive with the communications and helpful on directions to get to the condo.The condo was just as advertised, a well furnished two bedroom in an amazing location.We will definitely stay here again!

Fabulous condo and location

Great for a family

We enjoyed our stay, it was nice to be close to town and the beach. A perfect stay for our Littles to get plenty of fun and be close to their napping spot. The only complaint would be the pool, it was hotter than the ocean, and four feet deep, not very kid friendly and ours can swim but had trouble without ever being able to touch. Overall a great stay!

Isla Mujeres

The condo was very nice and absolutely as advertised. Katy was great to deal with as was all those involved. The location cannot be beat — lovely pool, right on the beach which one of the nicest, if not the nicest, we have seen in Mexico, and just blocks to the downtown area. We highly recommend this condo.

Perfect Location & Great Customer Service

This was mine and my husband's third time to Isla and Nautibeach Condos is definitely the place to stay! The location is perfect, and pricing is very reasonable! Katy was very accommodating and had a very quick response rate throughout the entire booking/rental process! We will for sure be back to stay here!

A true gem!

Stayed in unit nine for 10 days and have nothing but great things to say about the property the staff the location the food from the Mayan, everything was wonderful. We are looking forward to our next visit already !

Perfect location! Pool, beach and bar/restaurant within steps. Downtown within walking distance for shopping, restaurants and bars. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Pleasantly surprised with all the extras ( coffee, cream, sugar, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, & makeup remover wipes).

Great place

It was as explained perfect place. The management team right down to the gate man. Perfect patio to reflect on the beautiful day of animal rescue. Please ask all of your guest to use CARM for transportation it helps out the animal population on the island. Will recommend this property to all looking for a great place.

A little piece of heaven

This condo is wonderful. Great location, safe, clean (best cleaning person ever!) you cannot ask for much more. The only issue we had was the lock was not installed correctly inner the doors and didn’t work. They replaced it as fast as they could and then it was great!

Amazing property!

The location to the pool and beach is amazing! The condos are very clean and nice and they have everything you need to enjoy your stay! We cooked in our condo and enjoyed everything about it! Very spacious and two couples or four four family members fit easily. Highly recommend. We met Katy and she is a doll! We booked our next trip in skill befits we left that’s how much we love everything about it!

The rooms are great. Clean, beds are good just need a little more covers for me. A great place to spend a week or two. Katy and her group make you feel right at home. Enjoyed every day. Just to short.
