Our lovely and comfortable condo features 1455 square feet of living space. We offer a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the 6th floor of desirable Madeira Sands! Take the elevator up to our updated, spacious condo with a fully equipped kitchen including stainless appliances induction cooktop, coffee machine and more. The kitchen features granite tops and beautiful wood cabinets with tons of storage, a dry bar and wine fridge. New appliances, solar shades in the living room, motorized blackout shade in the Master bedroom. All new Beautyrest mattresses. UV light.

Enjoy the sunset from your 23ft terrace. Madeira Sands is a 20 unit building which a small amount of traffic yearly. It features a large pool and nice sized patio with grill. Located just a 1/2 mile from world famous Johns Pass Village. Walk across the street for Ice Cream and treats at the Candy Kitchen, or two minutes farther to a delicious coffee, breakfast and dining nearby. Rental includes covered, reserved parking spot under the building and visitor parking. This 28 day minimum rental unit is also equipped with a secured, access code only, elevator and stairs.

Fabulous place!

This apartment is all that you need for a perfect vacations with family or friends. The location is the best, each room was perfectly clean and well equipped. All beds were super comfortable and all linens and towels provided feels like a “high quality hotel”. The view of the sunset (with dolphins!!) from the balcony are spectacular and you have the feeling of being at the beach even if you are inside. Madeira beach was still recovering from last summer’s hurricanes and the building has the pool closed and parking under renovation works, but this doesn’t affect our vacations, the appartement was in perfect conditions and we spend more than a month in this beautiful place.If you are looking for some relaxing vacations at a great beach, this is the place for you! Carmen, was a great host, very responsive and always available for us. She also give us greats recommendations around the area. Thank you Carmen! I 100% recommend this place and we look forward to return soon!!

Amazing place to stay!Stayed February-March, 2026. Condo is beautiful and was exactly as shown, and extremely well stocked. It’s our favorite place we’ve stayed! Enjoyed watching dolphins swim by, and all the activities on the gulf and the beach. Walked to several restaurants; very relaxing vacation. Carmen was very responsive. Would highly recommend this condo, and hope we can return some time!
