Cozy and Fun! 3 BR 2 BA Island Club Cottage- Sleeps 8 Close to Entrance-IC101

Pull into your driveway with space for up to two cars. This Put-in-Bay vacation rental has three bedrooms and two full baths. This home has a capacity of up to eight guests. The kitchen is the first room encountered upon entry and has an attached dining area. Pots, pans, utensils, dishes and such are provided. Cooking a few meals is a great way to save some money while on PIB. The living area has a television with DirecTV and comfy couches. There are two sliding glass doors that exit to the L-shaped wooden deck. There is ample outdoor seating, a picnic table and a propane grill. There is a taxi service available that will take you anywhere on Put in Bay.

The Lake Erie Islands are a great destination for your next business gathering, family getaway or romantic retreat. With both great history and historic nightlife, Put-in-Bay is a place one never gets tired of. If you've been you know exactly what that means. If you have not been, now is the time! Book today! This was our first experience of staying in the cottage and we would do it again. There is golf cart rental on the property which made it very convenient to travel to town and around the island. The cottage was as shown in the pictures. The location was quiet and comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a blast but our house was not ready to go. Whoever stayed there before us put visibly dirty plates back in the cupboard. Every one of there crumbs and all. The pool water was pretty gross but I can't blame you too much since it was packed all day and didn't notice many people getting out to use the restroom. My entire party had a great time hanging out and would be open to stay at this property again since it's cheaper than most other options.

Girls trip

My friends and I stayed in this property for a girls trip. The house they had us staying in looked nothing like the pictures. There were holes in the wall that looked like someone had punched the wall and tried to patch it. Also a window was broken. There was also red stains in the carpet and one of the drawers for the refrigerator was broken. We were not told about this previous when checking in so we made sure to get ahold of the property manager as soon as we got in and saw all of the damage. They worked with us in making sure we were not blamed for the damage, but overall was something we felt like needed to be resolved and repaired before letting others stay there especially for the price.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 101 is in need of maintenance. Patio doors are broken and unable to be locked. Main door was broken and barely able to be secured. Window in main bedroom was broken and had to be propped open. Air conditioning wasn’t working. Dryer vents into utility room. Propane tank for the grill was taken by staff for refill on Wednesday and not returned until Friday when we were literally leaving for home after multiple requests to management to get a replacement tank. Returned to the property to find a hvac employee in our unit. Management did not inform us they were going to be entering our unit. Floors were dirty. We are looking elsewhere for our trip next year

99.9% fantastic!

Overall I had a fantastic experience. The only one little tiny issue we had was there was a slight damp smell when for showing up. But once we opened up some windows and aired it out, it was 100% okay and the problem didn't persist past then. Would definitely be here again next Time I'm coming to the island
