Wonderful Last Minute Vacation

We are frequent visitors to the Cape Coral area and decided to book a last minute 6 night stay in the Eight Lakes area. We found the house to very clean, big TV’s in the living room, all bedrooms and in the outdoor pool area. The pool area offered great seating areas with expansive views of the lake. The owner Richard, responded almost immediately to a few messages prior to and during our stay. The house is located close to popular restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this house for couples and families.

Excellent Stay

This house was excellent. It had everything we needed, clean, comfortable, great decor! The kitchen was roomy with a huge island. It had all the necessities, even an air fryer and cooler that we used to go boating one day! The outside lanai area is the highlight with the pool, spa, games, grill, tv and sitting area. It even included some fishing poles. We really enjoyed the pool table & dart board too! It was so relaxing hanging out and enjoying all the amenities. The host Richard was very easy to work with and responsive from the day we booked and during our whole stay. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again. Great location too!! If I could give it 10 stars I would!

Perfection from Moment One

This is our third VRBO rental and the best one yet. From the moment you walk in the door and look out through the living area to the pool and lake we knew we had found our place. The photos on this site are great, but it is even better in person. The living room was cozy and inviting. The kitchen was a great place for us to gather and had everything you could possibly need. The dining room was beautiful, but barely used as we enjoyed the kitchen bar. The beds are super comfortable from the king to the twins. One of us has decided to buy a mattress just like it for home. With 5 women in our group the 3 bathrooms was a godsend, giving us a chance for more privacy. Even though the interior was wonderful, most of our time was spent out back. We enjoyed playing pool and darts but spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub. The pool was heated and was the perfect temperature for March. We swam, relaxed, and basked in the sun all within a bug free area. Loved sitting in the chairs on the dock, enjoying the two friendly ducks that visited us daily and the boaters and kayakers floating by. We eventually ventured out of the home to Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and had a delicious meal at The Ford's Garage (best fries ever). Our host was kind, helpful, and was quick to respond to our messages. We can't wait to come back! This is truly a Spectacular Villa!

We're proud to call Illinois, near the Quad Cities, our home. Our love for travel brought our family to Cape Coral, a cherished destination for us for many years. Captivated by its beauty, we decided to invest in a home here, which we now share with guests on Airbnb when we're not using it ourselves. We've poured our hearts into renovating the place, ensuring it reflects the warmth and joy we feel here. Whether we're out enjoying water sports, exploring the sights around town, playing games on our lanai, or entertaining friends and family in our villa, Cape Coral holds a special place in our hearts. Welcoming new people into our home brings us immense joy – sharing this beautiful space with others is truly rewarding!

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood in Cape Coral, specifically the esteemed 8 Lakes community, for its unparalleled tranquility, natural beauty, and the array of nearby outdoor activities. Our property provides not just a residence, but a lifestyle.

The 8 Lakes community is renowned for its gorgeous water views and recreational amenities. Here, you can experience Florida's natural splendor right at your doorstep, from boating and fishing to enjoying sunsets over the lake. The area is dotted with picturesque parks and local shops, giving you the perfect blend of natural escape and modern convenience.

Safety and community are other vital factors that led us to this choice. Our home is in a peaceful, well-maintained neighborhood known for its friendly residents and a strong sense of community, making it ideal for both families and individuals seeking a secure, upscale environment.

Another advantage is its accessibility. It's easy to get around, whether you're heading to nearby shops, restaurants, or other attractions in the greater Cape Coral and Fort Myers area. There is so much to do and see around the area - check out our photo gallery for a list of some of our favorite hotspots!

Ultimately, we chose this neighborhood for two reasons.
1. It perfectly complements our property's amenities, offering a full spectrum of experiences for any vacationer.
2. It felt like home - and that's exactly the way we want our guests to feel when they are here!

Come and discover the luxury of living in one of Cape Coral's most prestigious communities!
