Fantastic stay!

Fantastic experience at Ty's place! The house was clean, cozy, beautifully decorated and a very clean heated pool. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was impeccable and very attentive. The attention to detail in ensuring our comfort was top notch. I highly recommend this spot for a seemless and comfortable stay! My wife and two kids love traveling to Florida. I have a construction business in Pennsylvania and we love to fix up properties in our free time. We are also very busy beekeepers that homeschool our children. We have two dogs that love to travel with us so we understand families that want to bring their pets along!

Why they chose this property

We love the west coast of Florida and fixing up properties. After this home was flooded from Hurricane Ian, we decided it was the perfect opportunity for us. We loved the neighborhood and everyone was so friendly despite being through one of the worst natural disasters to ever hit the area. We feel so lucky to be so close to the river and thoroughly enjoy the property.

What makes this property unique

Everything is BRAND NEW and freshly renovated! We love being right by the river and seeing so much wildlife in the area. The master bathroom is extremely beautiful and unique!
