Thank you for your feedback. Our apologies go out to this guest for any inconveniences they encountered. We have alerted maintenance about the stove/oven vent and they are working on it right away! There is beach access at the community beach and instructions for getting there are on the check in packet sent to guests prior to arrival. Our office welcomes calls for assistance anytime for our guests.
