Condo was perfect for our group size. We enjoyed our coffee each morning staring at the cliffs from the balcony. The location is close to the downtown area without the noise.

Great place to stay as a jumping off point to Arches, Canyonlands, and just exploring Moab. We stayed with our three kids - plenty of space, property was well maintained, check in super easy, and so nice to have a pool to cool off in the afternoon.

The property is fairly new, and there is ample seating for meals. We enjoyed the wide hallway to the bedrooms, and there is a good sized laundry room. The large kitchen table is also a plus. There is only a short two minute walk to the pool and the hot tub. The drive to downtown Moab is only about 4 miles away.

Its a cheap apartment building. Very plain basic and simple. Clean and nice but really had that sense of "cheap apartment building just used as extra cash flow". It was a let down because I felt like I was back in my 20s living in cheap apartments. I expected a decent vacation condo. It got the job done but sleeping on cheap super soft foam mattresses sucked. Even the few pots/pans were cheap Teflon coated pans. Having access to a wsher/dryer was a nice bonus. It did the job but I expected more of a place that felt like someone actually cared for and this wasn't it.

This was the second Redcliff Condo we stayed in this week. They are in a great location and we were able to park our truck and car hauler in a spot visible from the condo. This condo had really comfy beds and it was nice to have a single serve coffee maker. The showers were good pressure with water as hot as you could want.

Good: great location, clean, AC works well, hot tub and pool area nice, grounds and parking were awesome, towels were nice! Not so good: light bulbs out, beds lumpy, sheets would not stay on bed, pillows soooo flat, toilet seat loose, luggage stand broken. Small things to correct. Having the bedding a bit more comfortable would be a nice upgrade.

It was nice. The sliding door was a little hard to use. We weren't able to use the pool because of the hour restrictions, which would have been nice to know about ahead of time.

Biking trip to Moab

The location was very good. The hosts were completely non-communicative. The kitchen sink with the disposal was clogged and disposal did not work. There was a lot of dirt behind and under the sofa. The master bedroom floor was also dirty. The gas grill could not be used since the propane tank could not be opened. The sliding glass door onto the patio was extremely difficult to open or close. The blinds by the sliding glass doors were partially broken and were difficult to use. The kitchen was only adequately equipped. There was a noise from the guest bath exhaust fan flapper. We attempted to contact the hosts via text two times and through the VRBO website twice and never received any response.

Comfortable stay near Moab

Stayed for one night with family after visiting Arches National Park and it was nice to each have our own room. Clean, well maintained condo on 3rd floor. Management was very attentive.

Great Condo

We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Minor cleanliness issues that the host took care of immediately. Very communicative and responsive. Condo is nice and plenty of space. Loved that the pool was open and warm despite 50 degree highs.

Moab Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. It worked out perfect allowing our family of four to have our own spaces. It was nice and close to UTV’s, Arches, and Golf course. Pool and hot tub were nice. Only negatives were loading/unloading from top floor (which I knew going in) and valeted ceilings were pretty but loud with wood floors and loud AC unit.

Moab

Overall the property and hosts were great. The small dislikes we had were the smell (there was a persistent odor the entire time we were there despite our efforts to mitigate it), the floor had been swept but not washed (despite taking our shoes off at the door, our socks were filthy) and the sliding door blinds (many were broken).
