The Village at Kowaliga Bay is a friendly water access community that is equipped with a clubhouse and pool, boat slips, boat ramps, a fitness center, and more! When you aren't hanging by the pool or cruising on the lake, enjoy the outdoors on the large screened in porch with a fireplace! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin features a split floor plan with primary suite featuring a king bed on one side of the open concept plan, while the other side has a bedroom with a queen and the other has a bunk bed to sleep 2! It is perfect for the whole family! This cabin is located only 33 miles from Auburn University making it a great gameday escape! Please note that the parking pad accommodates 2 cars. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted with payment of a pet fee. For larger groups, this home is located in the same community as: All Decked Out, Blue Moon, High Noon, Landshark, Summer Shandy, The Eagles Nest & Whisper Woods.
