This was an amazing place for my family of five, three kids under the age of nine. It was in a quiet cul-de-sac, which was nice to come home too after a busy days at the beach, museums, etc. It was very easy to get to both Indian rock and Clearwater beaches via car or walking. I would definitely recommend this place to others and potentially stay here again.

Cute and convenient

Great location and property for a quick girls weekend. Spacious place that is within 10-15 min walk to the beach and restaurants with beach gear to make it a great beach day. We’d definitely stay here again.

A Birthday to Remember

Sam was so responsive from the moment I inquired about the property through the end of the reservation. I hosted a birthday gathering with music and the neighbors did not interrupt. This was my first Vrbo booking and it went so smooth. Thank you Sam!

The listing was misleading. It is close to 1 mile (.8) from the beach not a block and a half. The place was not as clean as it should have been. I had to wash the master sheets, the third bedroom mattress pad had urine stains so I had to wash those also. The area rug in the living-room was very dirty with dog hair and dirt. The screened in porch was nice after I spent 3 hours cleaning the cushion covers. The beach umbrellas were broke. There is not any hot tub as stated in the description. For a long term stay we found the sofa very uncomfortable. And we had to buy a vacuum but we were reimbursed for it. One of the dining chairs the back bolts were gone so it wasn’t safe to sit on. Also the ice maker in the refrigerator didn’t work, we had to buy bags of cubed ice.The backyard was nice and big for dogs to run in.Overall we were disappointed in the rental for what we paid for it.
