You are also only two miles from the Phoenix/Mesa Gateway airport for added convenience.

The home boasts a private and secluded backyard where a refreshing outdoor pool awaits. Spend entertaining evenings splashing under the Arizona sun, or sunbathing on the poolside loungers. Host summertime cookouts with the provided grill and surprise your friends with delicious grilled treats. In addition to the backyard pool, you are granted access to the community pool/aquatic center, playground, and basketball court.

Inside, the welcoming open floor plan seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The home offers a separate rec area with comfy sofas and a large smart TV with streaming where you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies. The living room offers a great spot to unwind while the kitchen has all the essentials to prepare culinary masterpieces, including all stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge. The first floor also has a laundry room with a washer/dryer and two bedrooms, one of them with an en suite bath. The remaining three bedrooms are located upstairs along with a second rec area with a smart TV.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
