Our one level home offers a spacious kitchen/dinette/family room area that handles a crowd. The unique "H" style floor plan ensures privacy with the two bedroom wings separated by the living/dining room. Ten foot high ceilings throughout the home. Plenty of seating in front of the large screen TV. TV's in every bedroom.

Unique, southwest facing, backyard/pool area second to none. Pool has new salt system. Walled for complete privacy. Overhanging mesquite shades the sunken bistro-type eating area that hosts a gas grill and swim-up bar. A large sun bathing area, with seating and umbrellas, anchors the other end of the thirty-five foot, heated pool. Eight foot diameter, elevated spa provides soothing waterfall feature.

Flood lights and landscape lighting offer evening ambiance.

Walking paths to several nearby parks. Top golf courses only minutes away.

The house was everything that was promised. This was our first every vacation and if you ever visit Chandler then this home is the one. The family had a great time and used the pool daily. The house is big and had everything we needed. The owner was awesome as well.

Just right

4 generations of us came for a week. Everybody loved the pool. The house is very comfortable and feels nice. Even though the kids were older (ages 11 and 16), we appreciated the child safety locks on the doors to the pool. The beds were very comfortable. Joe did call with some last minute updates. It was nice to know I could contact him immediately if there had been any problems. Highly recommend!

Excellent Pool

Home was spacious and comfortable for two families. Home owner was excellent to deal with. The pool was warm and provided hours of outdoor fun. Great location for accessing lots local attractions. Great grocery stores very close by.

Ladies Vacation

We all loved this place. We loved the pool and Jacuzzi and bar area, grilling area. Great place to play games and cards. Have fun outside. It was great to have everything at her fingertips from eating, walking, miniature golf. It was great!

Cleaniness was not a priority. Unable to use the pool until the last day. We chose this place for the awesome pool. You expect to show up at a clean home and a pool ready to be used. Unfortunately, This was not the case.

This was a wonderful property for our family vacation. Great location, very easy access. Owner and property manager were both very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was very well stocked and clean, as were the pool and hot tube. We would definitely recommend this property and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great Family House

The house is big and the pool was great! Frequent visits by the pool cleaners was a huge bonus. Great location with easy access to Gilbert and Chandler. Joe was very accommodating. Highly recommend this property!

Great place for an AZ Christmas

Clean and spacious house for 7 guests with a nice heated pool and spa! All of the amenities we needed were available- including items for a toddler (high chair and pack n play). Joe was easy to communicate with and provided all the information we needed!

Family Vacation

This property is amazing! We stayed for a week and found ourselves in the pool quite often. The grill and sunken patio are awesome and provide perfect shade during certain times of the day. Joe is so easy to communicate with and provides very detailed instructions and guides to local points of interest. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Joe!

Wonderful!

The house was absolutely perfect for a relaxing family get away. Private pool to drink your coffee at in the morning, pool for the hot summer heat, and hot tub for a relaxing evening. Home was spacious enough for everyone to have their own privacy. Door from master to pool was perfect! Would absolutely be happy to stay again. Thank you!

Great Property

The property and pool were very accommodating. However, expect early morning lawn maintenance and pool cleaning service during your stay. We experienced a scheduled door repair for the home that was not in our itinerary and was expected to be there or provide the repairman with access to the home. Overall the home provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay and spend time with family.

Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic stay at May's Pond!! It was perfect for our 4 generations in town for a wedding. We never felt crowded with 9 people. We kept noticing new and interesting art, inside and out. The decoration of the wall around the pool was very cool. Everything was clean and it was very well stocked with kitchen utensils to use. Other wedding guests had gotten other houses and ours was the best!! Thank you so much, we would definitely stay here again if we need to go back to Phoenix.

We just love this place

We stayed for a week in early June. This was the third time at this house. It's a great size to spread out but comfortable just like home. The pool is such a great way to be lazy and enjoy the heat, and the hot tub was even better. It's close to a lot of things making it convenient. The house is stocked with pretty much all the basics. Just plan to have some groceries delivered from the local walmart and you're set!

Totally Taken Care Of

My family was in transit for work from Japan to Germany. We wanted to spend time in our home state with our family before leaving to our next duty station. When looking for places to rent for the time we needed we found this amazing property. The owner, Joe, was amazing to work with and took the time to get to know what we needed and expected. All the things and concerns we had were taken care of with nothing left to worry about. This house is more than a property, it is a home. The care that was put into it is amazing and you could tell it was put together with care and thought. The check in process was easy and the manager of the house was easy to work with as well. We enjoyed every bit of our time at this property and didn't want to leave! We are grateful for the opportunity to stay at this place. To those who are looking for a gorgeous well kept place to stay should consider this property. Thank you to Joe and his family for allowing us to stay.
