Inside of the house is well maintained, kitchen is well stocked. We were able to check in early, that was a plus. Great area, near restaurants and close to plenty of activities. The backyard could use some TLC.

Another great Thanksgiving Week

Every two years we come to the Mesa area to see family, this year we had 8 in the family and this 5 bedroom home was great. The rooms were nice and the common areas were spacious. The pool was nice as well. The kitchen could have had a few more items like a crockpot or electric skillet . Overall the location and stay were great.

Tempe Getaway

What a great place for our family to gather during the weekend wedding! We had three generations of our family staying together and it suited our needs very well. Our baby granddaughters had their first experience of being in a pool, thanks to a reasonably priced option to have the pool heated. Carrie, our contact person, was so kind and gracious. We would gladly stay again.

Evolve management runs this listing, super annoying. We had no hot water and several breakers were popped. Out of the 960 we spent they offered to refund 167. Couldn't do more than that because VRBO has to take their cut as well.

Roomy, excellent location and quiet.

I had my 50th birthday party there with my family and friends. Big house great beds too. Kids really enjoyed their stay there. We will be back in t he future for another big event. But the only thing is the floors gets Dusty so I suggest mico- fabric broom. Other than that we had a great time. I loved it. Thank you so much.

Did not use the pool. It was dirty the day we checked in. The pool cleaner came on Friday. We weren’t around much. Lovely back yard.Entrance ok pad was hard to read.Had two Clean bath towels that still had black hairs on them!There was a visible thick layer of dust under the living room sofa, which could be easily seen while sitting in the lounge chair.

Relaxing Space/Great Area

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Awesome communication and readily available host. House had it all. Pool was clean,warm and relaxing. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Neighborhood was super quiet and very friendly. Close to anything you needed to do. Host provided all necessities and even had q-tips. If you ever travel, you know how many times those are forgotten. Detailed instructions for us when we got there. We will stay here again when we travel back!
