Great House for a Fun Group Trip

This house was an excellent place to have a trip with friends. It comfortably accommodated everyone and was lots of fun, with a pool, hot tub, pool table and putting green. It’s a quiet area that’s still close to Phoenix and Scottsdale. Highly recommend!

Family enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. The way the house is laid out worked great for your family. We are from Tempe so it was a great location for the activities that we did.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had one small hiccup with the a/c -it’s 100 plus everyday of our stay. The owners were very responsive and repaired the issue. Several “would be nice” comments -written instructions at the house. To include grill instructions, since there appears to be a known issue. Closets are used for storing queen sized mattresses and vacuum. Making them unusable. Kitchen could use an upgrade on dishes, pots and pans. Additional seating inside and a few regular chairs outside would be nice. I do recommend and would likely return!

We had a great stay, perfect location. Close to the sun devils arena, restaurants and golf courses. Highly recommend this property if you have a large group. The rooms had lots space and the back yard was amazing. Cheers to the next time.

8 people, everyone got their own bed, lots of room in the hot tub,pool and lounging area.Would highly recommend for a group of golfers, although the Ubers got costly mostly due to the courses we picked and casino trips.Overall 4.5 would have been a 5if we didn't gamble or golf, would take my family here!

Good for a large group

It was a nice house. It’s obvious it’s managed by a company and not local. Some of the amenities listed where not available and there wasn’t anyone to assist when we where short on towels and ran out of toilet paper. It was big enough for our group and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The code to get into the house was obnoxiously long and pain but we managed.

Graduation trip

Great property for multi generations All equipment in ok shape- could use some maintenance in pool area, the lounge chairs, misc equip provided broken. House is pet friendly & it does have a pet stench & the floors turned everyone’s white socks dark from filth. Location was great & kitchen was definitely best part of house even with the microwave reeking of old fish I think with a deep clean & a lil attention this property would definitely be 5 stars all around
