Holiday Home Korda with a magnificent swimming pool

Beautiful Holiday home Korda is located in the hinterland of Dubrovnik. Allows you to stay for 6+2 people. The house itself has a spacious sea salt pool overlooking a nearby mountain, a large barbecue with a covered seating area, a lovely terrace overlooking the pool. The pool itself allows you to escape from all sorts of problems and relax with a massage. Inside the house, you can enjoy free Netflix, the light that allows bluetooth to connect, and the ability to enjoy a variety of light vibes.

The house has a ground floor and the first floor of which is rented a ground floor that has an approximate 150 m2. On the first floor, a woman who maintains the house itself lives. The ground floor is divided into two units and offers your own privacy, even if you're in the same place. In the first unit we can call and the White Unit is allowed to stay for three people (2+1), while the second unit offers a stay for five (4+1). The first dining area includes a living room, kitchen, and bathroom, while the second unit has it all with another extra bathroom. Both units offer large terraces with beautiful views of the pool, but the same beautiful view extends to the garden as well as the mountains. Enjoying and relaxing also offers an outdoor area with 8 deck chairs by the pool and a summer kitchen that allows you to prepare a variety of BBQ specialties at any hour of the day, followed by indispensable refreshments in the pool.

The house is located in Dubrovnik-Neretva County in the very south of the Republic of Croatia. Only 2 km from the house is one of the most famous and beautiful restaurants of the Konavoski dvori region, and equally beautiful Konoba Vinica Monkovic. This region offers wine roads, horseback riding, buggy rides as well as the imposing Falcon Tower. One of the most beautiful European beaches called Pasjača is just 6 km from the accommodation. It is also worth a visit to Molunat Beach 12 km away. It takes 16 km to get to Cavtat, while you can feel the charms of Dubrovnik in just 30 minutes, which offers an escape from the bustling and crowded everyday life.

The specific house is the result of the efforts of the whole family. A lot of love has been put into every detail, and every item is a big concern. Exploring and meeting all the needs of guests is our priority because he is satisfied with the best guest.

Fabulous stay with beautiful views

Korda was a wonderful base for our holiday and Emilio was an excellent host. The accommodation comprised two flats next door to one another each with its own kitchen. The kitchens were well equipped and each flat was well furnished. Everything was exceptionally clean and there was a good working washing machine. There were three bedrooms in total plus a sofa bed with a pull-out trundle, so it could accommodate eight. Although the flat is located near a main road, the noise was minimal and provides the advantage of having direct links to Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The Montenegro border is a 15 minute drive away. It is also close to a beautiful beach. The view of the mountains around the amazing saltwater pool was well worth booking the place. We swam everyday and it was very relaxing. The barbecue outdoor eating area was also a well used bonus. Emilio was in regular contact without being obtrusive and was calm even when we arrived quite late. He had lots of suggestions of things to do and was happy to answer questions.
