Designed by local designers McCray * Co (Ramen Tatsu-ya, Lenoir) our modern two story home is in the heart of East Downtown Austin, close to many of Austin’s best restaurants, events and nightlife and just a 11 minute taxi ride from the Austin Airport.
Our home is minutes from all the hip East Austin entertainment districts (E. 6th Street and 11th Street) both are lined with bars, clubs, renowned restaurants, and food trailer parks including Franklin BBQ as seen on the Food Network.

The house is within 1.3 miles (10 min) of downtown and the University of Texas football stadium. They are both accessible via a single street, 10 min bike ride with bike lane the entire way, or about a $10 uber/cab ride. There’s a bus stop in front of the building providing public transportation between 6 am and 12 pm.

From the moment that you arrive, you will embrace the contemporary lifestyle of Austin in our amazingly remodeled home. The living space has vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, tons of natural light and a cozy front patio where you can enjoy the amazing Austin weather. We have three large bedrooms. The two bedrooms downstairs, each have a queen bed and share a full bath. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with two queen beds and a master bath. We also have two double sofa beds and a flat screen TV in the living room. The kitchen is updated with granite countertops and stainless appliances. It is stocked with coffee, tea and basic condiments.

You will be able to travel light as we provide all of the fresh linen that you will need including pillows, sheets, blankets, and towels. And the baths are supplied with shower gel, shampoo and hair dryers.

If you love food, art, music and great weather, you are going love Austin and the incredible location that we have to offer. Maps and a local guide to Austin hotspots will be available to you.

Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Great spot!

Close in proximity to all fun things to do, Bedroom 1 had mascara marks on the pillow cases, but overall it was clean and a great little place to stay.

The house looks just like it did in the pictures. It was extremely clean and well stocked with towels, toiletries and cooking supplies. The upstairs did get a little warm compared to downstairs but there were box fans available for use. 15 mins or so from downtown. It was a great property to stay at!

Great location, the house was just like the pictures.

Awesome experience, easy to follow rules. The parking is a little different and that is not explained well on the website, but it is located in a folder in the house. I asked if we could check in early and got the ok too, however when the day came and I arrived early, I was then informed that it was not possible. Which is fine I guess if you live in Austin, but when you are an out of towner, it’s not the best news. Other than this minor detail everything was good.

Great space!

We had a great weekend in Austin and were very happy with our property rental! We rented this space for a bachelorette weekend and thought it was a great location and perfect size for the 8 of us. I rented a car from the airport and was able to park it on property. It was a close distance from the airport and close to all the activities we had planned for the weekend. Overall great experience :)

Overall it was a good stay. The unit had more room than I anticipated and 2.5 bathrooms, which was clutch. Everything was super clean and put together. We didn't spend much time in the apartment, but it was nice to be able to come back to a comfortable place in the evening. The parking situation wasn't clear at first. It would have been helpful to know where to park before getting inside the unit. Also, the check in time is real. The code to the door is activated right at this time.

Great location, very stylish and wonderful home base for a visit to Austin

Our stay here was fantastic! We were a mere 5 minutes drive from downtown and had plenty of space to relax when needed. The decor was beautiful and we had plenty of amenities as well.

Wonderful home for a group

I hosted a Bachelorette party for 8 and this house was perfect for the group. Great space to gather and cook. A quick drive to downtown and the airport was a real perk too. I highly recommend this property.

Was in Austin for a family wedding and wanted to have my immediate family stay together. This home was perfect in meeting our needs. The main floor was extremely roomy and open; the kitchen had all the necessary items to make breakfasts each day; bedroom layouts and sleeping arrangements were great for the adults and teenage kids. The location was absolutely fine but not an area where you could walk to restaurants, etc. I would definitely recommend this home!

Looks Just As Good In Person

I booked this location for a bachelorette trip to Austin. The Bride to be loved it, all of the girls were in awe. It looks just as good in person as it does in it's pictures. Minimalistic approach to decorating, just the right amount. Very clean, We had no problems with the place, the Owner of the property was very prompt on any contact. Very easy to get ahold of. Overall 5 star experience. The girls loved the trip, they were a little skeptical of the location, but once they got there, they were completely fine with it. I'd rent this place again. Thanks to Andy for the perfect experience. arrival date: may 30, 2014 (sorry it wouldn't let me put year above)

Nice Modern Rental Near Downtown Austin

Rental Owner was great, he was responsive and answered the questions I needed help with. Getting into the property was easy, and only about 15 minutes drive from the Airport which was very convenient. Uber was very prevalent in the area and helped getting us where we needed to go so a car isn't necessary, but recommended. Not a whole lot in immediate walking distance. The house was located in a transitional neighborhood. Some very nice places (his included) and some run down places. We always felt safe, but didn't venture out alone at night. Would recommend to a friend 100%.
