Charming Riverside historic three bedroom/two bathroom - two-story home.

This 1923 home is on a bustling street, within walking distance of the local bars, best restaurants, and coffee shops. Within half a mile from St. Vincent's Hospital and two blocks from downtown Historic Riverside. The TIAA Bank Field is less than 5 miles away. The interior has been lovingly restored and welcomes you home after a day of touring the area. Enjoy the dabbled sunshine as it greets you each morning through the original paned glass. Your heart will be warmed by the the feel of the restored original pine wood floors. Slow down and enjoy the swing on the front porch while you enjoy a beverage and watch the world go by.

Additionally, to protect our guests and our property we have four external cameras facing the street, driveway and back yard and lastly over the AC units. We also have a Ring camera and the chime for this camera is located in the dining room on a wall socket. This does not record sound.

Well stocked house in Jacksonville, FL

Great place for four adults in town for a concert at EverBank Stadium. Walkable neighborhood with easy access to groceries and restaurants. Best stocked house we have rented. Comfortable beds and living areas. Highly recommended!

Historic Charm in Riverside, walk to restaurants!

Lorraine was the most gracious host!! I would stay again in a heartbeat, the space is carefully and beautifully designed, heavenly beds, well appointed kitchens and bathrooms. The house is beautiful, it was even decorated for the holidays. The host did not leave any needs unaddressed. She even checked on us during inclement weather. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you Lorraine!

Originally from Ireland, we have called Jacksonville home for 26 years. We have four kiddos: one just graduated from FSU, one is a senior at FSU, and our third is a Freshman at the Univerity of South Carolina. Our caboose is 12, now in 7th grade. We love the Riverside area of Jacksonville, which reminds us of Ireland with its distinct charm and beauty.

Why they chose this property

As mentioned above, our Irish roots were ignited when we found the Riverside area of Jacksonville. It reminded us so much of our hometowns, and we fell in love with it from the first time we saw it. My husband, Michael is a General Contractor and always wanted to get involved in a restoration project with one of these homes. This is the home he chose.

This 1923 home is listed as an historic home. It has proudly been a part of the Riverside Tour of Homes in 2024. Everything about it exudes charm and warmth, and it has been restored with love and respect.
