Wonderful stay

Stayed at house with extended family. Location amazing, 20 minute drive to stores. Beautiful neighborhood, ample amenities and child friendly. Wish the room over garage had better A/C but overall great place to stay and scenic views. Directly across the street from Linville Falls winery where we were attending a wedding.

The property was nice. Large space with lots of rooms and nice mountain views. Very private. It was in a gated community which was a nice bonus.Although the house was clean, the throw rugs and carpet were not. All of the throw rugs in the kitchen had bad stains on them and did not appear to be fresh. The carpet in the main living area was also in need of a deep clean. So even though the house was very clean except for these items, these items left you feeling like the house was not clean.

Wonderful Home for the Weekend

The house was spacious, exceptionally clean and well appointed. The kitchen actually has everything you could hope for, which is rare in a rental. The only issue we experienced with the house is that the hot tub is underpowered and kept blowing the fuse, but maintenance was quick to come out and help. The VRBO listing is slightly misleading about the number of rooms, there are three bedrooms and one large room over the garage, not four rooms and a common area.
