Salt & Light - Demere Landing Villa with Community Pool

Beautiful spacious condo in a lovely neighborhood convenient to the Village, shopping, restaurants, and beach access. Access the front of the condo as you walk along side a beautiful fountain pond. The main floor features hardwood floors, a half bath, kitchen, dining, and living space. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a large electric glass cooktop and oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig, Nespresso Vertuo, and coffee pot. There is seating for three at the kitchen counter. The dining room table seats six. Enjoy watching TV in the living space while relaxing on the sectional sofa that comfortably seats six. Spend your mornings enjoying your coffee on the outdoor balcony off of the living area. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, two ceiling fans, and a walk-in closet leading to the ensuite bathroom. The primary bathroom features a single vanity and tub/shower combo with jetted tub. The other two guest bedrooms are also upstairs – one bedroom with two twin beds, that can be pushed together to make a king bed, and the other bedroom with a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV, and they share the hallway bathroom. The guest bathroom has a single vanity and tub/shower. A two-car garage on the first floor finishes out this great condo and an elevator provides easy access to all floors. The community outdoor pool is within walking distance and is the perfect place to cool off after a long day at the beach.

Every aspect of our stay in the “Artists Cottage” on St. Simons Island was perfect. I seriously cant think of one area of our stay that was less than perfect.

Fall beach getaway
