Visit nature via one mile of wooded hiking trails, swim or fish in the river, tour historic towns of Strasburg, Woodstock, or Edinburg. Enjoy close by wineries, National & State Parks & Battlefields, antique shops, or just relax and recharge from the front or back porch with a view and privacy. Or just hang out at the river with a picnic lunch, fishing rod, swim trunks, blanket, and drinks. Picnic tables & porta john are provided at rivers edge. Local wildlife is abundant. Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash dishes and place dishes etc. in cupboards, cabinets, drawers. Sweep and vacuum, flush toilets, clean sinks, showers.
Disposal of your trash is your responsibility. Google the dump site 3 miles away @ 25360 Old Valley Pike, Maurertown, VA 22664. Open Daily 7AM to 7PM. Sunday 1PM to 5PM. Closed Thursdays and Holidays.
