The serene shoreline of Moosehead Lake is mere steps from this light-filled studio, beautifully situated on a lakefront property in Rockwood. Down at the water's edge, you can swim from the dock on summer days, marvel at nightly sunsets from a seat by the firepit, and take in a gorgeous view of Mt. Kineo all year round.

This private studio sits above the garage on a lakefront piece of property that's shared with a separate, freestanding main house (which can be rented as well). The waterfront area of the grounds - including the dock and firepit - are shared between the two spaces. Here in the outskirts of small-town Rockwood, you'll be less than five miles from the Kineo Shuttle and a scenic trip across the water from Mt. Kineo State Park and the famous Mt. Kineo Golf Course.

With windows on all four sides framing the treetops and the lake itself, the studio is a bright and beautiful space to begin each day. Fix yourself a cup of coffee in the kitchenette (with a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig) and sit down at the table by the window with a simple breakfast, a loved one, or a good book.

After a day of swimming, fishing, or snowmobiling, settle in for a cozy evening of board games and movies streamed on the smart TV. Additional features of the studio include high-speed WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Things to Know
There is no cable, but streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
