Why they chose this property
We have owned this place for long time and it was always for long term rental. This is most convenient located with lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores, etc. and is in the center of Salt Lake Valley. It is also very close to ski resorts, Salt Lake International airport. After previous tenants moved out, we remodeled the entire place and it looked so nice and we decided to give a shot of trying short term rental.
