All 1,526 square feet are on one level, with two king bedrooms and one queen suite sleeping up to six guests. The queen suite opens toward the pool and includes its own bathroom and dedicated workspace. One king bedroom also has a private ensuite, while the second king bedroom sits near the home's third full bathroom. Every bedroom has its own 65-inch Roku Smart TV, along with blackout curtains, quality linens, and fresh towels for both the house and the pool.

The backyard is where guests tend to spend most of their time. Swim in the morning, have lunch beneath the Tiki Hut, play a few rounds on the putting green, then fire up the grill before heading out for the evening.
