Great spot on the water!

This house was the perfect setup for our stay. The kids loved being able to go to the dock and little beach every morning, the screened in porch is great to sit on while grilling in the back and the kids playing in the open yard, and all beds were very comfortable. The host was very easy to communicate with and checking in was a breeze!

The Summer Breeze was a wonderful property to spend time in. First the home is so well maintained and configured. The screened porch is amazing. Access is easy and the house information is well presented. The hosts are wonderful and make staying here a breeze. This should be your choice if you are planning to be in the Reedville area.

Perfect family Thanksgiving

Our family enjoyed all that summer breeze offered. We were able to get our boat in the water for a fun Thanksgiving day trip into the bay. The house was everything we needed for a fun family Thanksgiving stay. We enjoyed visiting several local stores. Thanks Summer Breeze.

Great stay. The house was clean and well-appointed, with 2 king beds and 2 twins(which were better suited for children than adults). The screened in porch was a lovely place to hang and it was a short walk to the dock. The only complaint: the coffee maker was too slow for the morning caffeine junkies! All in all, a five star stay. I will definitely book this place again!
