The space is clean and well taken care of - easy access to SDC and only 20 minutes from downtown Branson. The pool was nice and there is access to the lake. It fit the bill for us with our dog.The space is cozy - the bedrooms are small, the kitchen and dining area feel tight. With four people, there just was not a lot of space. In terms of appliances there is a full size fridge, small stove and oven, microwave and a drip coffee maker. We were told there was also a Keurig but there is not.

It was quiet and I felt safe walking the dogs any time day or night. The grounds were easy to walk. Everyone was friendly and personable. Our host was friendly and helpful.

NO COFFEE in the room. If a property is not going to supply COFFEE in the room this needs to be part of the advertisement so customers know to stay away. Waking up to NO COFFEE is a problem in America. Learn the demographics of your customers.
