This was perfect for our 2 families to stay in! The AC in the rooms made coming home from long days in the sun super refreshing! The hosts had an extensive list of recommendations which made it easy to plan our free time. I would absolutely come back!!

Great stay

It was a great stay. The house was very clean, well equipped, with a wonderful view from the roof terrace. The contact with the owner was perfect and very courteous. We'd love to come back.

This is a wonderful property! It's beautiful, well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Air conditioners in the bedrooms work well. Be sure to check out the sitting area on top of the roof. It's a great place to sit and visit, especially in the evening. Really good barbecue grill up there, too.The hosts are quick to respond.I highly recommend this place. I would love to return.

Awesome family vacation home

Great space for a family stay. Ample room and activities in the home. My family consisted of 8 adults, a toddler, and a 3 month old. We did not feel like we were on top of each other and the living room and dinning room were big enough for us all to congregate. Would definitely return.

Very roomy place

All pretty good except that there’s only air conditioning in the bedrooms so the house got pretty warm. There are fans but it doesn’t cool enough.

As per our listing, we offer A/C only in bedrooms and fans in other areas of the home. Puerto Rico, a tropical island in the Caribbean, is normal to experience warm/hot temperature specially during summer. We recommend in our home manual to open windows and doors in common areas with the objective of improve natural ventilation, our home is in a hill surrounded by trees and nature. Retreat

This property was surrounded by tropical trees. The location is about 30 minutes drive to Cabo Rojo. The house has everything that you needed, they thought of everything! Plenty of space for our party of 8. Air-condition in each bedroom and lots of windows to enjoy the tropical breeze in the livingroom. The rooms were spacious, clean and the house smells good. The large rooftop area was amazing with the hot tub, chairs, space to play and hangout ovelooking the trees. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. Hosts were the absolute best. Excellent communication. Great location and amenities. Quiet with beautiful view. Would definitely stay there again. Perfect example of a great Vrbo experience. Just a note to those who may not know. It is very common in Puerto Rico for bedrooms to have A/C, but common areas may not. That was the case with this property, but the host supplied numerous fans to keep the common areas reasonably comfortable during the day.

Perfect experience

This was by far the best place we've ever stayed at in Puerto Rico. The place is massive - it just keeps going and going. Main floor with living room, dining room, and kitchen. Bedroom floor with 4 bedrooms (immaculately clean) and huge amounts of storage for all our stuff. A/C in each bedroom. Roof-top was awesome with a grill, tables, string lighting and a beautiful view of the mountains.The owners were extremely helpful. During our stay the entire island lost power, and the owners contacted me directly and went way out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. I'm so thankful for them and for the wonderful experience we had at their property. This place will be my first choice next time we visit PR.

Arrived at night, was not expecting entrance in gravel with uneven surface. Instructions on finding the keys were not offered, not expecting to enter by the back door. Nor was expecting dumpster at the entrance, not sure if the entrance was to a private house at the back. There's no a/c at living troom and the speakers for tv were not connected (no sound)
