This place is amazing! Clean, quiet, spacious and the pool is phenomenal! We’ve been vacationing in the Ft Myers area for the last several years and this place is fantastic! We’ll definitely be staying here in the future.

Our stay was INCREDIBLE!!! The house and amenities are superb! If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, this is it!!!!The location is just far enough away from the busy streets to be quite and relaxing, yet close enough to be convenient to stores and restaurants. We would highly recommend this place!!!Thanks for the awesome vacation spot!

The property was wonderful. Plenty of room for all of us and the location on Cape Coral made it an easy access to wherever we wanted to go. The game room was a true plus. We all loved the pool, it was so clean and we enjoyed the water fall. If anything was a negative; it would be nice to have King size beds in the upstairs bedrooms. But we knew they were queen size when we booked it. Would book it again when we visit SW Florida. Highly recommend!!!

The homes was amazing., It had almost everything you would need . I only needed to bring in my food and drinks. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the bar area, The house is extremely spacious.

We cant say enough good things about our stay and the communication. We had 5 adults and 4 children and it was great. Everyone loved the pool of course. We weren't there very much so didnt really cook or use alot of the amenities it offered. The game room was great as well. Spacious, clean and affordable for us. We are from the Midwest and live in a small town. Not used to something so big. Kids thought it was a mansion. We were there to celebrate a 60th and 36th birthday. Lots of firsts as far as going to the ocean and plane rides. So glad we chose to stay here.

Everything about our stay was enjoyable! The kids had a great time and enjoyed the pool from sun up to sun down. Every question we had was answered quickly. We made great memories!

Have better quality cooking pots and pans, provide beach accessories as part of the price like most rentals, the house was not clean especially kitchen counters and floors, had to wear shoes/slippers the entire stay, didn't go on vacation to clean...no lights in pool and timing for pool should be earlier than 11am, master bedroom very cold did not adjust to the requested temperature the entire week. Wouldn't stay there again.

Very comfortable home. Everything was very good but a downstairs bedroom and an upstairs bedroom are on the same AC unit and the upstairs is always warmer than the downstairs so one complains it's too hot and the other complains its too cold. But otherwise nice house convenient to stores and restaurants. Would stay again.

Our group was in town for a business event and booked this property for our brief stay of two nights. The host was communicative before the stay, and if we had needed him during the stay, I'm sure we would have had the very same experience. The property was spacious, clean, well appointed and met our group's needs perfectly. There were a ton of nice extras: coffee filters, laundry detergent, even an Instant Pot. Highly recommend, and if our business takes us again to the Ft. Myers area, I wouldn't hesitate to book this property.

Very Well Appointed Retreat

This home does not disappoint. We did not want for anything. Pool was beautiful, heater was not hooked up, but was still warmer than where we are from. Would highly recommend and will stay again.

We had a great experience. The property manager was easily accessible and allowed us to check in early due to a meeting that I had to take at a certain time. The house was beautiful and immaculate, and I would highly recommend to others. Friends saw my pics from the weekend and immediately started asking for the name of the place. Thanks so much, Kaleb.

Not terrible

The property needs updating and could be much better maintained. The lounge chairs were a joke. The chairs were so rusted they were dangerous. The master bath faucet was not working and the drain was broken. The kitchen floor needs to be redone. It was somewhat clean and the property wasn’t terrible so I gave it a 3 instead of a 1. Do better!
