About this property

Beautiful spacious 2 story home in the Eagle Ridge golf community! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home has a large fenced in back yard with shade and a fire pit with outdoor seating. The home features an open layout on the first level and a large master bedroom complete with enormous bathroom and walk in closet on the second floor. There are also 2 other comfy bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom and laundry room.

There is a large 2 car garage with plenty of storage space, and room to park in the driveway as well as on the street.

The neighborhood of Eagle Ridge is just south of Raleigh in Wake County. The community lies about 22 miles away from Raleigh Durham International Airport, 10 miles from North Carolina State University and 27 miles from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Duke University.

Amazing Stay, Complete comfort and ease

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks while while we were waiting to move into our new house and had a wonderful stay, Clare was a great host and so very easy to communicate with. The house checked every box for us from the comfort and nice furnishings to the great neighborhood and the Christmas lights display just over the fence in the backyard. Thank you for an amazing experience. If we ever need another rental we would defiantly put this property at the top of our list!!
