Nice property very close to the beach and above all Monica was very proactive throughout the trip from reservation to our arrival, she guided us about the local attractions and additional information. Host provided enough beach towels that’s required for a large family. Home is well equipped with no of rooms and bathrooms. Nice experience for a beach trip.

Thanksgiving Getaway

This property was exactly what our family needed to spend Thanksgiving together at the beach. We had everything we needed. Very well stocked kitchen and just a short walk to the beach to walk off dinner. The owner made sure everything was perfect! Would highly recommend.

Great property and location!! Enjoyed the short walk to the beach!! Gated community was awesome. Monica communicated wonderfully the whole time we where there. Looking forward to staying again! Our fur babies loved it as well. Plenty of room and looking foward to the deck and firepit next trip!!

Perfect holiday beach house.

We booked this house when our thanksgiving plans outgrew our house nearby. Sleeping arrangements were berfect and there was plenty of space to hang out. Make memories and cook! Easy access to the beach was great. Several of the kids had a blast fishing and were able to reel in several fish. Host was very accommodating and really made this a nice experience.

Peffect for large group

We rented this unit for a month while working inthe area, was perfect for 8 adults, manager was very helpful and quick responding to any questions. Would rent again.

Great stay!

The house was the perfect size for our family of 11!! We actually ended up having an extra room. The downstairs made it easy for our Nana to be able to come with us. Plenty of seating for everyone inside and out. So thankful we got this week together but still had plenty of privacy! Monica was so sweet and helpful! We can’t wait to plan our next trip!

Family getaway

I wasnt too sure on the separate levels but this ended up being a perfect fit for our family. A short walk to the beach ramp. Quite and clean street. This house was much larger than what the pictures show. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen, more than enough towels, tolietries, beach towels and laundry essentials. Property manager was very helpful and responsive on our entire stay.

Great beach vacation

This property was everything the listing said plus they had added a small pool to the back yard. It's a little small for adults but it was a game changer for the smaller grandkids, they loved it. The location was an easy access to the beach, a short walk down to the end of the street, and a 2 mile drive to the beach access road, so we were able to haul tents and other comfort supplies to the location. The home itself was comfortable and had plenty of room for our 16 person family. Adequate cooking equipment made meal prep easy and clean up a breeze. Thanks to our hosts for a great vacation.

Great Place to Stay

It is clean and attractive. Everything you need is there except for buying your groceries and laundry detergent. If you have small dogs, bring a pen, as the fencing has wide gaps. Also be aware that there are sandspurs all over Texas! The beach access is great, it is very windy. The beach is very clean, no shells to be found at this location. If you want to fish it's a great place. Lot's of dolphins to see in the ship channel and great places to eat. The hosts are very helpful and accessible. Both levels are fully independent of each other.
