The home was very clean and just perfect for our long weekend visiting family. Location was great for grocery stores and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet (even on Halloween!) and safe. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was very clean and a good location for us. Everything we wanted to see was within 1-2 hours of us. Lots of extras like shampoos, toiletries, spices, coffee, etc. which we appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the washer and dryer was a plus. We will stay here again when in the area.

Cozy home feel

Felt like home away from home. Everything we needed, in a great location. We loved all of the extra blankets (we were there in December) and all of the extra towels.

Overall the listing was clean and very well kept. There were "downstairs neighbors" were smokers and made the entire home smell of cigarette's every night and throughout the day you could smell everything they were cooking, which was not great. Every morning my kids and I were woken up by the sounds of someone downstairs coughing fits/"smokers cough" which was less than ideal.The host also requested we put a trash bin on the curb for trash day, but clearly the trash had not been taken for a week or longer, prior to our stay. We were told the "downstairs renters" were leaving the day before our check out day but that was not the case, and so although we were told multiple times, they wouldn't be a bother, they definitely influenced our stay.

Nice place but husband says he smelled a mothball smell when he walked in each time. The couch is not comfortable, you sink down to far. The outdoors trash cans were over full when we arrived. The master bed was very comfortable and a spacious bedroom! Overall, the home was comfy and clean!
