We had a wonderful stay! The property had a beautiful mountain view, and the cabin was well-stocked with everything we needed. It was very comfortable and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the mountains. A great mountain getaway, and we would definitely recommend it!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The cabin was beautiful, cozy, spotless, and everything we could have hoped for! WOW what a view!! It was the perfect home away from home for our mountain getaway. We loved every minute and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

The Perch is a beautiful cabin with an astonishing view of Chatuge and the opposing mountains. The beds were comfortable and the house spotlessly clean. Karen is a delight to work with and was so very patient with us when we thought we had an issue with the lockbox. Turned out we were at the wrong house! All ended well, though, and we enjoyed every minute of our 2 night stay. I'll definitely check out Karen's properties for future get-aways.

Wonderful cabin on top of a mountain with a fantastic view of the surrounding area. Cabin was very clean, comfortable, all necessary amenities provided. Very quiet and peaceful yet close to many sites to see and experience. And best of all it is pet friendly, we and the 2 dogs had a a great time.
