Wedding

We were unable to get a code from the manager. We tried to contact him multiple times and was never able to gain access via code. The back door was open and we went through for entrance. The WiFi never worked and our host never did contact us. We contacted VRBO service and they tried to contact our manager and they promised we would get information and they never did contact us We were unable to lock the home as we traveled back and forth from the venue. This was frustrating as our son was getting married. The inability to have entry into the home was very frustrating. However the lack of communication from the manager and VRBO was in-professional We don’t understand the lack of communication and/or the lack a quality stay
