Summary:
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home Less than 5 minutes walking from The Indianapolis Children's Museum!!! only 0.2 miles. Also the house is located minutes from Downtown and Broad Ripple and a short drive over to the Indiana State Fairgrounds. This is the top level of a duplex style home. We rent both listings if you have a larger group, please inquire.

The Space:
Enter this upstairs home through the easy code lock door and walk into the beautiful living room with 2 sofas. You can also enjoy a full kitchen with everything needed to cook a great family meal. Sleep comfortably with 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have queen beds and 1 of which has 2 queens. Also 1 bedroom has a great desk for those who need to work. The house has 2 full bathrooms. The outside of the house includes a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the outside air.
