As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the spacious and open layout that defines our apartment. The home is professionally cleaned before every stay with clean linens and towels. Fresh new sheets, linens, and towels will be provided for your stay. We will prepare based on the number of guests.

The apartment features a functional kitchenette with basic appliances and cookware you need to prepare delicious and simple meals during your stay. The dining area with a table for four is a great spot for sharing meals and stories.

• LOCATION •
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Please be advised that there is no elevator in the building and is only accessible via stairs. The home is centrally located to the restaurants, shops, and other popular places nearby. Morningside Heights is a vibrant and culturally rich neighborhood located in the northern part of Manhattan. Nestled between the Upper West Side and Harlem, this neighborhood is characterized by its unique blend of academic institutions, historic architecture, cultural landmarks, and a diverse community.

• PARKING •
There is limited free street parking on a first come first serve basis, but a lot of paid parking is available. The only FREE parking is street parking and depending on the time of day, street parking may be hard to find. Please note that if you park on the street you must follow street sweeping rules (which will be posted).

• SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES •
Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the apartment. Please also note that we have noise monitoring devices that do not record audio. Additionally, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are provided for your safety.

• OTHER AMENITIES •
The apartment comes with high-speed WIFI, a smart TV with streaming apps, and a hair dryer,

• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME •
- Location: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator access.

- Fireplace: The fireplace in the apartment is for decorative purposes only and is non-functional.

- Noise: We would like to kindly remind you that in the evening, there may be some noise originating from the neighborhood considering the central location of the home.

- New York City Pests: Please be advised that it's very normal/common to see mice/rats in the streets of New York. Due to the continuing increase of the mice/rats problem in New York, (although rare to see one inside our apartment) we've also increased our efforts to help control them coming inside. Do note, we have a bi-weekly exterminator who visits the apartment, which means this could happen during your stay.

- Visits and Unit Access: We will always notify in advanced should there be a need to access the unit and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there are fire or life-threatening situations in the building.

• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS •
1. Can I check-in early?
• We'll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to scheduled for 4PM check-in in case we're unable to. Of course, we'll do our best to make it happen, though!

2. Do you have a luggage storage?
• We don't have a secure luggage storage to store your luggage. You may check Vertoe for nearby luggage storage options.

3. Do you offer daily clean?
• We don't offer daily housekeeper however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost.

4. Do you replace towels and sheets?
• We don't usually replace towels and sheets. We'd be glad to schedule a light clean with towels and sheets replacement for an extra fee.

5. Do you replenish supplies?
• Our homes are self-catering. We are happy to provide you with the initial supplies to get you started. Once that runs out, you'll need to purchase more on your own.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have the exclusive use of the entire apartment, ensuring privacy and comfort.

• By Car

• By Train
The New York City Subway system is one of the most convenient ways to get around Harlem. The A, B, C, D, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 subway lines serve various parts of Harlem. The A, B, C, and D lines run north-south along the western side of Harlem, while the 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 lines serve the eastern side.
