Unit 477 is 1/2 of a Duplex in a peaceful country setting.
There is free parking in front of the unit at the same level as the unit. No steps are required to access the unit from the parking area in front of the unit.

Included is access to our laundry room.
Upon request guests are welcome to share the laundry room which has a full size washer and dryer. The access code will be provided upon request.

We are centrally located in the Tristate area of Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, only 3 miles from the Elkton/Newark exit of I95.

Our local attractions along with the cultural and historical attractions in Baltimore MD and Philadelphia are easily accessible along with many businesses, and the University of Delaware,
This makes your unit perfect for business stays, visiting the University of Delaware and exploring.

We have had many use our unit as a central location when visiting family who live in the area.

Your unit is in a beautiful residential area located on a secondary road. It looks over a small creek and a park like setting. This is a perfect area to allow your children and/or pets to exercise. In good weather you can relax in a comfortable 2 person porch swing while watching them use up excess energy playing or using the swing set to get some exercise.

This is a perfect place to relax when visiting friends, many of our other attractions, or after a long day at work.

Your unit is best accessed is by using a personal vehicle or Uber.

Other things to note
Personal contact with others is not necessary to access your unit. Keyless access is granted by entering your unique 4 digit code into the keypad of smart lock system. The code will be provided prior to check-in.
