We attended Parents weekend at University of Delaware (about 20 -25 minutes away) and the local hotels both sell out quickly and jack up prices for that weekend. This was a great alternative! Bed was very comfortable and the area is quiet and peaceful. Blake was responsive to the question I asked. We had no issues at all. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and very home like. The backyard, well designed, it’s perfect to enjoy your morning coffee and a glass of wine at dinner. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this cozy place.

Adorable little apartment

We loved the place! It’s adorable and well appointed with necessities. My only complaint (and the reason I gave four stars rather than five) is the bed. I would recommend the owners invest in an actual bed with a comfortable mattress. The sofa bed is not comfortable for sleeping. Otherwise it’s a great little place in a beautiful location, and the owners are very accommodating.
