We attended Parents weekend at University of Delaware (about 20 -25 minutes away) and the local hotels both sell out quickly and jack up prices for that weekend. This was a great alternative! Bed was very comfortable and the area is quiet and peaceful. Blake was responsive to the question I asked. We had no issues at all. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and very home like. The backyard, well designed, it’s perfect to enjoy your morning coffee and a glass of wine at dinner. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this cozy place.

It was everything and more. Very clean, very quiet, very beautiful. We felt at home from the very moment we pulled in the driveway. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends. Thank you so much for thinking of every little detail.

Adorable little apartment

We loved the place! It’s adorable and well appointed with necessities. My only complaint (and the reason I gave four stars rather than five) is the bed. I would recommend the owners invest in an actual bed with a comfortable mattress. The sofa bed is not comfortable for sleeping. Otherwise it’s a great little place in a beautiful location, and the owners are very accommodating.
