Each room has black out curtains, phone charging cables and sound machines.

The property is a quaint 1300 square feet. The open living area has an on-trend kitchen, comfortable seating, a smart tv to steam all your favorites, another living area with two comfy chairs, ottoman, a desk for work with two monitors, an extra bar table, and wi-fi 1 GB. There is a master- suit bedroom and full bath, 2 guest rooms with a shared full bathroom plus an outdoor shower that includes another 1/2 bath in the garage for quick runs to and from the house. The yard features a woodsy feeling, giving you the best of both the beach and the woods. Also included is a charcoal grill, 2 kayaks, 5 beach chairs, two shibumi beach coverings, 9 boogie boards, sand toys and beach games, all ready for your stay and less to pack. Note: the golf cart and big green egg are not for guest use.
