Didn’t get to stay and they’d still charged me
I made the reservation next day. He tells me that it’s been booked on a different platform that he can’t help me to get a hold of Vrbo if I want my refund couldn’t help me at all was very rude

The host NEVER contacted us with check information- I reached out once we were an hour away, 30 mins away and then he finally answered his phone when we were 20 mins away at 8pm at night to tell us there were issues with the apartment and he was cancelling our stay. He also never processed the information needed by VRBO to issue us a refund so I had to follow up with VRBO multiple times and then VRBO processed my refund.
