Very nice place, has everything a single person or a couple needs when staying close to downtown. Very friendly host who also let us park in their driveway. We enjoyed the private patio area, and really found this the perfect place for us to stay and relax a few days in and around Santa Barbara.

Kirk is an amazing host. I enjoyed my stay at the studio. I love how the place is setup. The patio is a great treat to unwind in the evening . If I am in the area again, I will definitely stay at the studio again.

Great stay!

The property was exactly as expected and had that zen vibe! It was perfect for my stay. It’s conveniently located to a grocery store, restaurants and parks. And works for those who have a car or want to travel by foot. Can’t recommend enough!
