B-day stay

The good, location with beach access was awesome and convenient, spacious with two bedrooms kitchen and everything you need, plus beach supplies were a big surprise and my whole family thanks you for that. The bad or not to good: place is completely outdated and not as clean as we wished, vents have mold are dusty and light fixtures have rust,the master bedroom balcony is closed and in need of repairs, bird poop al over, at least the fist floor was accessible and we mad the best of it. I can only imagine if that property invested in itself, diamond in the rough, overall we did enjoyed our stay and as much as we would of liked a cleaner and updated property, its location and accessibility helps a lot. My family and I thanks you for your hospitality and communication

Wasn't bad

It wasn't bad. The view of the pool and beach of the location were incredible and definitely exceeded my expectations but the sheets were full of stains and everything was super outdated/old, like falling apart and rusty old . However south beach and Calle ocho were a short drive away and the beach was 10 steps away. For the price I paid, I'm not upset for what I got!

Vacation

Location was great, good pool and close to beach, had enough beach use items, But floors were not cleaned properly, master bed and mattress not comfortable, queen beds good. Couldn’t open balcony door as it was locked down, so didn’t get to enjoy beach view, also kitchen towel or anything stocked, had to buy all including paper towel

Maimi Vacation

This place was more spacious than anticipated. Could use a little updating. Location is great . Could be better stocked with amenities. Light bulbs. Toilet paper . Paper towels. Laundry detergent etc. Buying these items for a short stay and not being able to travel with them is an inconvenience.

North Beach casablanca th 9

Easy to access the unit. Receive one response from host but not to most recent email. Casablanca staff were very good. It is a older building. Lobby is nice and a gift shop on the property. Right now restaurant appears to be closed. Some noisy people on weekend near pool. Townhouse had neighbors on one side and did not hear them.Property location is wonderful great view very close to the beach. Very nice heated pool. 2 good size bedrooms and 2 full baths in this townhouse.Unit was pretty clean but could use some repainting floorboards and doorways in areas of the townhouse.Also few outlet covers are cracked enough to be replaced. Most of the furniture is very comfortable.One of the beds was uncomfortable per my friend. Lower balcony is very nice.We enjoyed it. Upper balcony off bedroom facing ocean is not accessible or usable at all and needs immediate repair. Please fix it asap. I dont feel that i got the full benefit of condo for this townhouse for this reason. I did enjoy my stay.
