Perfect location for our weekend getaway. Beautiful home with all the amenities we needed. The renovation of such an older home was done perfectly. We will be happy to be able to rent again.

This is my fifth time staying at this house. We have loved it every time. The host is very easy to communicate with, and the location is superb. Staying in Leiper's Fork is such a treat, as it really is such an amazing community. My kids had a blast in the creek and we walked to breakfast. The location allows easy access to Nashville, Franklin and Columbia. I know we will come again next year.

Pickers Cottage was awesome!

We had a two week stay at pickers cottage. Accessing the cottage was extremely easy by car or by walking to/from Leipers Fork. Everything was working and well-maintained, clean and neat. We could not have had better accommodations. When we had one very minor issue, which really wasn’t the host’s fault, the host took care of it quickly and easily. We would gladly stay there again!

Serene surroundings

The property and surrounding areas are well kept and very quiet. Pictures were very representative of the property. All enjoyed the house. It was very welcoming and homey. We cooked most of our meals at the cottage. Neighbors were friendly and very kind. The house is just a short walk from town which was so convenient. I would recommend this property to all!

Lovely place

We had a very nice stay at this adorable cottage. It was exactly as it said it was. The only thing that wasn’t good - although not a game changer by any means, was every pan we used had food residue still on them. Nothing a second washing didn’t fix. Management was amazing and very helpful!!Overall I would recommend 10 / 10

Thank you so much for your kind review Tracy! We’re so glad that you enjoyed your time at the cottage and truly value the opportunity to host y’all. I really appreciate you bringing the issue with the pans to our attention - it’s very important and helpful, and I will be communicating with our cleaning crew to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future. Thanks again for being such gracious guests - we’d love to host you again anytime!

We have stayed in this cottage several times. This time, the cleanliness of the place was lacking. The glass nightstand in the downstairs bedroom was very dusty -- so much so I cleaned it myself. The top of the picture frame in the bathroom (painting of the house) was dusty -- the reason I know is a straightened the painting and got dust on my fingers. The place needs a little decorative update. Decorative pillows outside ion the front porch are soiled and dingy; and the decorative pillows on the inside are tired.

Charming perfection!

Sarah was wonderful from beginning to end. Responding to ?s right away. So helpful and gave us all the info and hospitality we could need. Home is charming and completely wonderful in every way. Plenty of room, 2 full baths with double sinks - makes it great for a group of friends. Kitchen is gorgeous with everything you need. Quiet neighborhood in Leipers Fork in walking distance to the adorable downtown. Everyone so friendly- including the tomcat Tom. So sweet! Loved our stay and will be back for sure!
